| Job Summary |
• Basic Knowledge of Engineering Design.
• Experience in Design related to Fabrication of Sheet Metal parts (preferably in the area of design of Process Columns / Pressure Vessels / Tanks / Heat Exchangers / Structures or Heavy Engineering etc.)
• Ability to handle a group of 4-5 draftspersons and to do planning of various engineering activities for the group.
• Exposure to ASME / ASTM / ANSI / DIN standards.
• Exposure to ISO-9001 / ISO-14001 Standards
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3-D modeling using Solid works (This is would be an added advantage.)

| Job Responsibility |
• Detailed study of all the design inputs received and applicable project specifications.
• Design Preparation and review and conducts meetings with concerned departments.
• Weekly Work Assignment Schedule and Weekly MIS for the group of draftspersons reporting to him/her.
• To prepare and check Design Calculations and approval thereon form Client / Consultant as applicable
• Monitor on Time Delivery and rejections for Engineering of various projects.
• Record Maintenance. |
