| General Duties |
| • |
Simulate the client's Refinery problem (related using PRO II and/or Aspen |

Carry-out hydraulic designs using proprietary software |

Carry-out liquid and gas (vapour) distributor designs for given vapour and liquid loads using proprietary software |
| • |
Prepare general arrangement drawings for Engineering Department |
| • |
Check GA drawings made by Engineering Department before sending to the client |
| • |
Check client / vendor fabrication drawings from Process point of view . |
| • |
Collect operating data from client for improvements, trouble shooting of Refinery
Distillation column |
| • |
Assist Marketing/Sales Department for pre-order technical information as required by client |
| • |
Seek Principal's guidance, advise, help on case to case basis as and when |

| Job Responsibilities |

Co-ordination and approval of design / calculations from client / consultant as required |
| • |
Ensure that supervisor's approval is sought for guarantees committed to the clients |

Ensure that other departments get the requisite information / assistance in time |

Experience with Refinery simulation on ASPEN or PRO-II |

Experience while working in Refinery itself |

• Adequate exposure towards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 systems will have
added advantage.

Hands-on inspection knowledge for welding of various procedures like GTAW,FCAW, SMAW, GMAW |

Familiar with various NDTs mainly Visual Inspection & Liquid Penetrant Testing will be added advantages. |

Good knowledge of engineering drawing readings with respect to drawing methods & welding symbols is must. |

Ability to work as per defined procedures , Quality system, procedures, applicable standards |

Ensure compliance to customer Quality requirements during project execution. |

The candidate shall be able to work in all shifts and ready to relocate / from nearby location. |
