Sulzer India is a supplier of crude/wash water dispersers for desalting purposes. Our engineers have developed together with major oil companies a static mixer which optimizes the salt dissolution from the crude to the fresh water.

Researches on droplet size and coalescence behavior have given us knowledge about desalting mechanism. Furthermore, the same research has given us the right tools to determine produced droplet sizes. This means that we can adjust the produced water droplets to the down-stream settler, diminishing in this way your carry over rate.
